傅子刚
傅子刚先生获香港及英国执业会计师资格，亦是英格兰及韦尔斯特许会计师公会会员。他以理事的身分为香港税务学会服务多年，并在 2002 至 2003 年担任学会会长。
傅子刚先生以为个人及本地企业提供专业会计服务为目标，创立此公司。他拥有逾 30 年会计及财务管理经验，在 1998、1999、2003 至 2006 年皆获《国际税务杂志》（International Tax Review）评为香港及中国顶尖顾问，并在2002 年获《Euromoney》评为顶尖顾问。
傅子刚先生曾参与一个由世界银行赞助的财税政策研究项目，为中国财政部及国家税务总局提供建议及顾问服务。
傅子刚先生为香港运输及房屋局上诉委员会﹝2006年至2012年﹞、旅游业赔偿基金管理委员会﹝2005年至2011年﹞、来港旅游委员会的委员﹝2006年至2011年﹞及律师纪律审裁组的业外成员﹝2003年至2009年﹞。

Dominic Fu
傅仰涛先生领导公司的审计业务，并负责开发风险及税务管理解决方案的科技平台。
傅仰涛先生曾作为实习工程师就职于美国和中国的上市工程公司。2007年在傅子刚咨询成立之初加入公司，之后一直从事审计，风险管理和内部控制领域的工作，至今已逾十年。
傅仰涛先生就学于加拿大，获颁英属哥伦比亚大学工程物理学应用科学学士学位。傅先生是香港注册会计师，并在香港获得执业资格, 及在加拿大获得特许专业会计师资格。

Candy Tuen
段慧玲女士主管傅子刚企业服务有限公司的工作，领导公司的公司秘书，会计以及税务合规服务等方面的工作。
在加入傅子刚咨询前，段慧玲女士曾就职于德勤会计师事务所和安永会计师事务所，在税务和会计职业领域有逾15年的丰富经验。
段慧玲女士就学于英国，获颁兰卡斯特大学运筹学硕士学位，统计和管理学学士学位。段慧玲女士是美国注册会计师。
Lucy Liu
Lucy oversees JFU's in-house finance operations in Beijing and Shanghai, coordinating audit, accounting, and tax workflows between our Vancouver and Asia offices. With extensive experience in financial operations, she ensures smooth service delivery to clients. A member of the JFU team since its inception in 2007, Lucy has served as financial controller for various industries. She holds a Bachelor's in International Enterprise Management from Jilin University and has studied Finance at Beijing University, continually expanding her expertise in accounting, finance, and tax.

Lynn Dou
Lynn manages financial accounting, tax planning, and enterprise risk management services in mainland China and supports audit operations in the Hong Kong office. Since joining JFU Consultants in 2017, she has served corporate clients across industries such as finance, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and services. Lynn holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Sheffield.

He graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management. William brings fresh perspectives and strong analytical skills to the team, combining effective communication with problem-solving abilities to deliver meaningful value for clients.
