Job Description:

We are seeking a Professional services manager who will spearhead the development and implementation of our innovative IPC-ERM solution – a digital tool enriched with contemporary business and economic theories and powered by cutting-edge AI technology.  This tool aims to enhance decision-making and risk management strategies across the business spectrum.

 

Main duties:

  • Collaboratively design and implement strategic plans for the Customer Support and Training Unit, Marketing and Sales Unit, and Research and Development Unit to ensure a successful launch of our new product and services.
  • Work closely with each unit to develop tailored policies and procedures that align with our company vision and product goals, fostering synergy and cohesion in anticipation of the product launch.
  • Craft actionable plans and utilize expertise to meet client needs regarding our new product and services, while providing support and guidance to development teams.
  • Lead and counsel the development team in formulating and executing service quality assessment strategies to ensure the product meets the highest standards.
  • Oversee and manage budgets for client projects and contracts, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient utilization of financial resources.
  • Serve as the company's representative in various economic and social organizations, enhancing the company’s visibility and network.
  • Offer assistance to staff in resolving administrative or technical issues, fostering a problem-solving culture within the team.
  • Take charge of the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of competent staff, and oversee their training and supervision to build a proficient and harmonious team.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a field related to the business service provided is usually required.
  • Several years of experience in business consulting with a sound understanding of the practical issues faced by companies across various industries.
  • In-depth technical knowledge in game theory, enterprise value, and enterprise risk management is essential for comprehending and further refining our tool and core services.
